PURPOSE STATEMENT OF LQF SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

The Louisiana Quality Foundation Sponsorship Program exists to provide opportunities for organizations to sponsor the mission and vision of the Louisiana Quality Foundation.

WHY PARTICIPATE

Sponsorship will benefit organizations by increasing awareness and promoting development in such areas: Customer Satisfaction, Customer / Supplier Relationships, Strategic Quality Planning, Performance Measurements, Human Resource Utilization, Total Quality Management, and Recognition for Louisiana, Recognition for individual organizations.

Sponsorship can include: (list all possible benefits)

	Your name published in the Louisiana Performance Excellence and Environmental Quality Day Conference brochure and banquet program
	Your logo projected in prominent view during the annual event.
	Seats at the conference & banquet to be held in Baton Rouge.
	Linkage to your web site on the LQF Home Page
	Placement of your logo and name on the Louisiana Quality Foundation Web Page
	A hyperlink for an email contact
	Up to 12-lines of text about your organization.

Additionally, the organization will receive a plaque indicating support for the Louisiana Quality Foundation, which can be displayed in the organization's reception area.
